1. 6-8 years of experience in Design. Must have Advertising agency experience.
2. Extremely proficient in Illustrator & Photoshop. Other software skills are a plus.
3. Good communication skills.
4. A well-curated work portfolio.
5. Be a team player be able to coach and be coached
6. Able to function in a fast-paced environment
7. Experience in managing teams
8. Should have experience working for a variety of brands/products or services across various industries.
9. A high level of comfort in presenting work both internally and to stakeholders with confidence.
10. Coordinating with account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job.
11. Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research
12. Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.
