Job Title: Art Director (On-Site Client Location)

Location: Client Office (Work from Office Full Time)

Experience: 47 years

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Art Director who will be stationed at the client's office and act as the design lead across all creative requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise across print, product, event, and digital design, and must be comfortable delivering high-quality outputs with quick turnaround timelines.

This role requires someone agile, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple design formats while ensuring brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute end-to-end design projects across:
  • Brochures, catalogues, and marketing collaterals
  • Packaging design
  • Standees and event branding materials
  • Product-related creatives and communication
  • Social media posts and digital campaigns
  • Collaboration creatives and co-branded designs
  • Work closely with the client's internal marketing/product teams to understand briefs and translate them into impactful designs.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Make revisions and implement feedback within the same day (fast TAT is critical).
  • Coordinate with copywriters, production vendors, and other stakeholders when required.
  • Support product launches, events, and on-ground activations with relevant design assets.
  • Create HTML creatives (emailers, landing pages, banners, etc.) when required.
  • Maintain organized design files and asset libraries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 47 years of experience as an Art Director / Senior Graphic Designer.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating:
  • Print design (brochures, packaging, POSM)
  • Event branding
  • Product-based creative work
  • Social media & digital campaigns
  • Proficiency in:
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Figma (preferred)
  • HTML (must have working knowledge for emailers and basic web creatives)
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and production processes.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with client stakeholders.
  • High ownership mindset and responsiveness.
