Responsibilities

Plan and deliver creative and interactive art and craft lessons for students across different grade levels.
Teach various techniques, such as drawing, painting, sculpting, origami, pottery, and mixed media.
Develop lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and encourage creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Introduce students to different artistic styles, cultural art forms, and art history.
Customize lessons to cater to students of varying skill levels and interests.

Student Engagement And Development

Encourage students to explore and express their creativity through projects, activities, and assignments.
Identify and nurture students with exceptional artistic talent.
Provide constructive feedback and support to help students improve their skills.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel confident to experiment and learn.

Events And Exhibitions

Organize and lead school art exhibitions, craft fairs, and competitions to showcase student artwork.
Collaborate with the school team for creative decorations during events, festivals, and celebrations.
Design and execute backdrops, props, and displays for school programs.

Resource Management

Maintain and manage the art and craft supplies inventory, ensuring the availability of materials for classes.
Source and recommend the procurement of quality art materials and tools.

Professional Development

Stay updated with new art techniques, materials, and trends to introduce fresh ideas into the classroom.
Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills and subject knowledge.
