Lead and support end-to-end SAP Ariba Request to Receipt (R2R) business process design, configuration, and deployment. Drive workshops, documentation, solution design, testing, training, and go-live activities for global SAP Ariba implementations, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead R2R business requirements workshops including Contract Compliance discussions
- Design and develop usage of SAP Business Network (Ariba Supplier Network) to meet documented requirements
- Document commodity-specific buying channels and create decision matrices for buying channels
- Analyze As-is and design To-be business processes; develop Level 5 functional specification documents
- Prepare Fit-Gap analysis documents and work with Architects to close solution gaps
- Create and maintain requirements traceability matrix throughout the solution lifecycle
- Support technical configurators with technical specifications and solution configuration
- Design and develop Supplier Enablement, Catalogue Management, and Contract Compliance strategies
- Assist teams in executing supplier enablement, catalogue management, and contract compliance activities
- Develop and guide data cleansing strategies across in-scope data elements
- Provide functional/process inputs for SAP Ariba and SAP S4 HANA integration via Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG)
- Support Test Manager with design and execution of test strategy, scenarios, scripts, plans, and schedules for SIT and UAT
- Lead test problem resolution in collaboration with technical teams
- Lead cut-over planning and execution, focusing on migration of historical and WIP transaction data to SAP Ariba
- Support design and development of training strategy, including train-the-trainer and end-user training programs
- Lead development of training materials and conduct train-the-trainer sessions
- Lead go-live functional activities and cut-over execution
Required Skills & Experience:
- Extensive knowledge of SAP Ariba modules, specifically Request to Receipt (R2R) processes
- Strong experience in SAP Ariba Supplier Network (ASN) configuration and usage
- Proven experience integrating SAP Ariba with SAP S4 HANA via Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG)
- Expertise in documentation at Level 5 detail, especially for Contract Compliance, Requisitioning, Purchase Orders, and Goods Receipts
- Experience facilitating global business process design sessions and developing global process playbooks
- Hands-on experience supporting Supplier Enablement and Catalogue/Contract content creation
- Strong background in change management, testing, and training in SAP Ariba projects
- 10+ years of SAP Ariba global deployment experience
- Knowledge of Financial Services industry is highly desirable
