Job Purpose

Key Result Areas Supporting Actions

Planning and Execution of New Store + Renovations

Open all stores as per latest MPM (Merchandising Presentation Manual) + NSO (New Store Opening) guidelines and the latest retail ID.
Design and execute the faade elevations.
Plan and order the mannequins, hangers, VM hardware and negative area.
Ensure all elements are within stipulated budget. Keep the cost tight and negotiate well with the vendor.
Set-up the store and follow the timelines given by manager.
Ensure timely billing process.

Improve Visual Experience For The Customer.

Timely adaptations of Window and In-store Dockets
Push for MPM replication quality and elevations uniformity as per planned density through all the stores
Timely Planning and Executions.
Ensure all elements are within stipulated budget. Keep the cost tight and negotiate well with the vendor.
Ensure that the stores have put up the latest and right communications in all stores.

Drive Operational excellence in VM

Ensure visits as per calendar to the stores in line the RVM and RM.
Timely training at the model store to drill down MPM and Elevations to the front-end team to be planned with the ABM.
Maintain all store visit reports, with before and after pics and/or training pics.
Keep the billing process tight and follow the process to the T.
Compilation of execution pics of the region
Monthly/Quarterly calendar and reports maintenance.
Update all store dockets in Q4
