Role Summary:Conductstraining as per the definedlevels for the assigned channel,manages assigned territory / region andexecutestraining schedules for the location(s).

Critical Responsibilities

.Training as per assigned Channel

DSF:Manage the training roadmap(classroom and e-learning),training scheduleand post training business impact

Primary Responsibilities

.Conduct induction programs for all in sales hierarchy

.To announce monthly training schedules by the 5thofevermonth in conjunction with Zone Heads

.Submit weekly / monthly reports to Head of Distribution Training

.To ensure training records are maintained and updated constantly

.Drive activation, productivity, career progression and retention of Relationship managers

.Participate in morning huddle

.Drive technology adoption

Risk

.Participate in risk mitigation plans, contingency planning, business continuity programs by executing and reporting within defined timelines. Highlight and recommend process gaps, flaws and process changes.

Even Licentiate Pass of III also to be given preference.

Insurance qualification like LOMA etc. to be preferred.

Experience

Should have at least 3-4years of sales experience

7-9years of Training experience desired
