Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation and demo of home appliances at customer premises as per standard procedures
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair technical faults in products efficiently and accurately
- Coordinate with the area service manager/call centre for job assignments and escalations
- Provide basic product education and usage guidelines to customers during installations and demos
