Job Description

Key Deliverables

  1. Promote growth in assigned area through the implementation of SOPs, monitoring consumer complaints, and improving restaurant ratings.
  2. Manage financial performance, including food, packaging, and labor costs to meet AOP targets.
  3. Oversee training, development, and performance reviews of the unit team.
  4. Ensure food safety compliance, hygiene practices, and implement safety protocols to minimize risks.

Role Responsibilities

  1. Set and monitor targets for area growth, consumer satisfaction, and operational performance.
  2. Manage financial aspects, including controlling costs, reviewing P&L, and ensuring budget adherence.
  3. Lead and develop unit managers and teams to achieve optimal performance and reduce attrition.
  4. Ensure compliance with food safety standards, conduct audits, and implement corrective actions.
