Area Supervisor

Role Responsibilities:

1. Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent food and delivery experience, with continuous monitoring of consumer complaints and corrective action.
2. Manage financial performance, ensuring achievement of AOP targets, P&L management, and cost reduction strategies.
3. Oversee team performance, providing training and development opportunities, ensuring minimal attrition.
4. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards, implementing improvements where necessary.
5. Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance unit-level performance and streamline operations.

Key Deliverables:

1. Achievement of AOP and financial targets, including food cost and labour cost optimization.
2. High levels of customer satisfaction with minimal complaints and continuous process improvement.
3. Strong financial control, with regular P&L and inventory reviews to minimize spillage and optimize stock.
4. Effective people management, ensuring optimal performance and career growth for the team.
