Job Description

Job Purpose

Lead the Imaging business within the assigned region ( Rajasthan ) by driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building a high-performing sales team, while ensuring strong customer partnerships and full compliance with Siemens values.

Key Responsibilities

Own and deliver regional targets for order intake, revenue, profitability, and market share.

Execute regional sales strategy through robust territory planning and funnel management.

Lead and coach Area Sales Professionals to drive performance, capability, and accountability.

Manage strategic accounts, complex deals, tenders, and senior-level customer engagements.

Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless order execution & Revenue recogniton.

Ensure discipline in forecasting, CRM usage, pricing, and approval processes.

Uphold compliance, ethics, and governance standards at all times.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Revenue, order intake, and margin achievement

Funnel health and forecast accuracy

Market share growth and strategic account penetration

Team performance and customer satisfaction

Compliance and process adherence

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical, Management, or related field

10-15 years of experience in capital equipment sales, people management & preferably medical imaging

Proven experience in sales team leadership or coaching high-performing sales professionals

Strong exposure to hospital buying processes, tenders, and complex project sales
