Position: Area Sales Officer (ASO)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Officer to lead sales growth and expand our market presence across the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will manage both primary and secondary sales, strengthen distributor relationships, and ensure high-quality market execution aligned with business objectives.

Location (Headquarter): Tamilnadu

Territory: Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

1. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
2. Drive secondary sales by engaging and managing distributors.
3. Implement trade schemes and consumer promotions effectively.
4. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand retail presence.
5. Ensure timely stock replenishment and manage distributor ROI.
6. Monitor and enhance sell-in and sell-out performance.
7. Address and resolve distributor concerns regarding pricing, schemes, payments, and logistics.
8. Oversee product visibility, branding, and placement at retail outlets.
9. Execute point-of-sale (POS) materials and in-store promotional activities.
10. Conduct market visits to analyse competitor activities, pricing trends, and product launches.
11. Identify market gaps and recommend strategic actions to boost market share.

Qualification:

Minimum qualification SSC (Secondary School Certificate)

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in the FMCG sector
