Role Description The Outreach Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Udaipur Rajasthan. This role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with local communities, corporate partners, hospitality providers, and wellness-focused organizations to increase brand awareness and drive spa footfall. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing outreach campaigns, coordinating events and wellness workshops, managing partnerships, and promoting Zivaya's services through both direct engagement and public relations activities. The Outreach Manager will collaborate with internal teams to develop promotional materials, track outreach performance, and ensure consistent messaging that aligns with the brand's wellness philosophy. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, conducting follow-ups with leads, and providing regular reports on outreach initiatives and sales impact.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Public Relations skills, with the ability to represent the brand professionally in diverse settings.
• Proven Project Management experience, including planning, organizing, and executing outreach events and campaigns.
• Demonstrated Sales and Community Outreach skills to generate leads, build partnerships, and engage local communities.
• Experience in hospitality, wellness, or spa industry is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, with flexibility to attend events and meetings as needed.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, relationship-building capabilities, and a customer-centric approach.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Comfort with basic digital tools (email, social media, CRM or spreadsheets) to support outreach and reporting.
