As an Area Sales Manager for WillyWhyte Toothpaste, you will play a vital role in driving sales and market penetration within the assigned region. This full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore requires managing sales teams, developing sales strategies, meeting distribution targets, and fostering relationships with distributors and retailers. You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and implementing sales promotions to achieve company objectives.

• Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
• Strong Analytical and Forecasting skills to support market trend analysis
• Effective leadership and Team Management skills
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal abilities
• Understanding of Distribution Channels, Product Promotions, and Retail Networking
• Experience in the FMCG or oral healthcare sector is a plus
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred
