We are seeking highly motivated sales professionals to join Wesmarc Super Doors as Area Sales Manager to join our team in Bangalore. The sales team in Wesmarc Super Doors will play a key role in driving sales and managing relationships with architects, builders, and other key stakeholders in the building materials industry in their respective city. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities.
  • Identify and follow up on leads for premium doors and build a pipeline for future business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key architects, builders, and developers.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations, highlighting the premium quality of Wesmarc Super Doors.
  • Achieve all sales targets in your respective region.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
  • Provide feedback from clients and market trends to help shape future product offerings.
  • Manage the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends to remain competitive in the market.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in the building material industry, with a strong background in sales of premium products like wooden doors.
  • Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
  • Excellent database of builders, architects, and developers in the respective cities (Bangalore).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record in sales with the ability to meet targets.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Prior experience in B2B and B2C sales is desirable.
