Wadbros was founded in 2007, in Mumbai, by Wadhwa brothers (Partner). Today, it's a trusted name in ventilation, offering high-performance ceiling and ventilation fans. We have a team of about150 people in Mumbai (HO) and Delhi (BO). As we directly work with distributors and dealers, we follow a 6 days work culture. The organization is focused on fostering growth and innovation in the retail and distribution sectors.

Role Description

The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within their designated territory to ensure revenue targets are met and exceeded. Responsibilities include developing and executing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying growth opportunities. The role also involves conducting market research, analyzing competitor activity, and creating performance reports. This is a full-time on-site position based in Chennai.

Qualifications and Responsibilities

  • Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Territory Management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in market analysis, competitor assessment, and report generation
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies tailored to specific regional markets
  • Self-motivated, with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the retail or distribution industry is a plus
  • Willingness to travel as required within the region
