Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet targets.
  • Analyze market trends and implement data-driven growth initiatives.
  1. Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, ensuring technical and performance excellence.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance technical sales capabilities.
  1. Technical Expertise:
  • Provide advanced technical insights to support complex sales.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align solutions with client needs.
  1. Customer Engagement:
  • Foster strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction through tailored solutions.
  • Represent the company in client meetings and industry events.
  1. Operational Oversight:
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and optimize processes for efficiency.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports for senior management review.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's in engineering or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 7+ years in technical sales, including 3+ years in leadership.
  • Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of technical sales processes, CRM tools, and market dynamics.
  • Leadership & Communication: Strong team management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
