Job Description

We are hiring for one of our prestigious clients in the FMCG sector—a newly launched and fast-growing drinking water brand.

Location: Delhi NCR

Role: Area Sales Manager

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in FMCG Sales (General Trade)

CTC: ₹10–12 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive primary & secondary sales growth and achieve revenue/volume targets across the assigned territory.
  • Develop new business opportunities and strengthen market penetration across GT and serve as support assistance for MT, E-Comm and Q-Comm channels.
  • Ensure product availability, distributor expansion, and effective market coverage.
  • Execute visibility, merchandising, promotional, and consumer awareness initiatives to enhance brand presence. Lead, recruit, train, and motivate the sales team to drive performance and productivity.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

✔ Strong FMCG sales experience with a focus on General Trade

✔ Proven track record in distributor management and market expansion

✔ Excellent team handling and stakeholder management skills

✔ Self-driven with strong execution capabilities
