Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Area Sales Manager. Base location will be J&k (1 vacancy)) and North Bengal (1 vacancy). Working area for J&K position will be J&K, Punjab & Himachal Pradesh and the same for North Bengal position will be Nepal, Bhutan, Sikkim, North Bengal, The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets, managing and growing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, coordinating with internal teams, preparing sales reports, and conducting market research to identify trends and insights. The Area Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and expanding Torsa's market presence.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in sales strategy development, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets
  • Business development and marketing skills, with experience in market research and analyzing industry trends
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Prior experience in industrial, manufacturing, or engineering sectors is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events

Working Experience

  • 3 5 Years of working experience on selling of Crushing & Screening Plant (preferred) /Heavy Construction Equipment (Excavator / Loader / HMP / Batching Plant etc.)
