Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Originate new business prospects within the SME sector through direct sourcing and open market channels.
  • Acquire SME customers and manage proposals, guiding them through to the disbursement stage.
  • Drive business generation by meeting existing SME clients and identifying revenue opportunities.
  • Provide SMEs with a range of working capital facilities and tailor credit solutions based on their needs.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
  • Proven experience in SME banking, sales, and risk management.
  • Strong ability to conduct financial analysis and assess credit risk.
  • Experience in structuring credit facilities and cross-selling retail banking products.
