Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Area Sales Manager based in Bengaluru, with the flexibility to work from home occasionally. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for meeting sales targets by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and maintaining existing customer accounts. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, assessing client needs, providing customized solutions, and delivering product presentations to ensure customer satisfaction. The role demands cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, participation in sales training, and staying updated on market trends to effectively position Straumann's range of products and services.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Sales and Account Management, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
  • Strong ability in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and identifying market opportunities
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Knowledge of the dental or healthcare industry is advantageous
  • Analytical and Strategic Thinking skills to develop and implement effective sales plans
  • Adaptability to a hybrid work environment and willingness to travel within the region
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
