Role Overview
A field-strong project & specification specialist who can open doors across government bodies, private architects, builders, and major contractors. You will be the bridge between our NAP product line (UPVC, PVC, WPC) and high-value project approvals across Delhi NCR.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive project sales for UPVC/PVC/WPC products across govt departments, architects, consultants, builders & large contractors.
- Manage the complete specification lifecycle initiating, influencing, securing, and tracking product approvals.
- Build strong working relationships within:
- Private segment: Top architects, PMC firms, large builders, EPC contractors.
- Ensure product specification inclusion in BOQs, tender documents, and consultant approvals.
- Identify upcoming projects, map stakeholders, and drive early-stage engagement.
- Track tender updates, ensure product positioning, and support bidding teams with technical inputs.
- Conduct technical presentations, mock-ups, product demos, and site visits.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for architect meets, specifier events, and product visibility.
- Maintain strong funnel management, reporting, and market intelligence.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly project sales targets.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years in project sales / specification selling in building materials (UPVC, PVC, WPC preferred).
- Strong connections in government bodies and private architect networks.
- Hands-on experience with approvals, empanelment, and tender processes.
- Ability to read drawings, understand BOQs, and explain technical specs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building.
- Comfortable with extensive field travel in Delhi NCR.
Education
- Graduate / MBA preferred.
Job Requirements
The incumbent shall be responsible for delivering Annual Sales Targets of the territory through various trade channels : Dealers, Sub-Dealers, Architects, Interior Designers and Institutional Sales. Job Profile Work closely with architects, designers, engineers, and specifiers to ensure product inclusion in project specifications. Provide technical support and guidance to customers, consultants Manage Client relationship through all phases of sales cycle Monitor project pipelines and influence specification decisions at early design stages. Ensure all Quality Parameters are followed as per Quality Norms Continuously update knowledge on industry trends, competitor products Complaint resolution Appointing Project Dealer Ability to handle a territory and the stakeholders therein Focusing on primary & secondary sales Team handling skills Education
