Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager, located in Surat. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving sales within the South Gujarat region. Daily tasks will include developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, meeting sales targets, coordinating with the sales team, and generating new business opportunities. This role also includes analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective product knowledge and service.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in sales, business development, and account management. Experience in Sales of Fenestration and Facade industry will be an added advantage
- Personable with strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships
- Good understanding of the premium building materials industry and related market dynamics with good connect with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders and Developers
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address client needs effectively
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Willingness to travel across the assigned region for client meetings
