Job Description:

  • Drive regional sales of solar PV modules in the C&I segment through channel partners, EPCs, and direct sales.
  • Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, dealers, and system integrators to ensure consistent sales growth.
  • Develop and execute territory-specific sales plans aligned with organizational targets.
  • Analyze regional market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate reporting of sales funnel, forecasts, and partner performance using CRM/MIS systems.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with channel partners and key C&I clients.

Area of Expertise:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and regional market understanding.
