Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Area Sales Manager based in Raipur, with some flexibility for remote work. The primary responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets, building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and analyzing market trends to drive growth. Additionally, the role requires leading and coordinating with the sales team, managing territories, and providing regular reports on progress and performance.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Experience in business development, client relationship management, and market research
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and strategic planning
- Ability to manage and lead a team, along with sound decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with the steel and power industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
