Position: Area Sales Manager – Architect & Retail Sales

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager with strong
experience in architect and retail sales. The ideal candidate should have strong connections and working
relationships with architects, consultants, and retail networks. The candidate must possess excellent
communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to build long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants,
dealers, distributors, and retail partners.
Generate new business opportunities and expand market presence in the assigned territory.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Identify new projects and maintain a strong Sales pipeline through Architects.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Build and manage strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Lead the sales team in field activities, market visits, and client meetings.
Work closely with team members to connect with architects and retailers for business
development
Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets and improve performance.
Candidate Profile :
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales (Specifically in Architect domain.)
Prior experience dealing with architects, consultants, dealers, distributors, and retail networks is
mandatory.
Experience from tiles, ceramics, sanitaryware, building materials, interior products, paints,
plywood, laminates, lighting, or related industries will be preferred.
Qualification: MBA Graduate or Any Masters Degree.
