- Drive business development and revenue generation within the assigned territory
- Identify and acquire new clients across industries for logistics services
- Manage and grow existing key accounts to ensure repeat business
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies and plans
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competition insights
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close deals effectively
- Track sales performance and maintain MIS reports and sales pipeline
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Key Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in logistics / supply chain sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth
- Strong network and client base in the Bangalore/Nelamangala region preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
- Strong understanding of freight, warehousing, and distribution services
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel
