About the Role
:We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead and manage sales operations in Ludhiana and nearby regions. The ASM will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding distribution, building strong retailer/wholesaler networks, and ensuring the brand's presence in the cosmetics & personal care market
.
Key Responsibilitie
s:•Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territor
y.•Appoint, train, and manage distributors, stockist , and retailer
s.•Drive secondary and tertiary sales through effective planning & executio
n.•Implement sales promotions, schemes, and product launches in the marke
t.•Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligenc
e.•Regularly visit the market to maintain strong relationships with retailers & beauty advisor
s.•Manage, motivate, and guide the sales representatives/beauty advisors tea
m.•Ensure visibility and availability of products across modern trade & general trad
e.•Prepare and submit weekly/monthly MIS reports to the Regional Sales Manage
r.
Qualifications & Skil
ls:•Education: Graduate / MBA (preferr
ed)•Experience: 6+ years in Cosmetics sales with at least 2 years handling Ludhiana / Punjab regi
on.•Strong distributor & retailer network knowledge in Punj
ab.•Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skil
