Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Siliguri for an Area Sales Manager. The individual in this role will oversee regional sales activities, drive business growth, and build relationships with clients. Responsibilities include identifying and acquiring potential partner accommodations, managing sales strategies, setting and achieving targets, and analyzing market trends. The Area Sales Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure service quality and partner success.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills, including experience in identifying potential clients, pitching services, and closing deals
- Market Analysis and Strategic Planning skills, with an understanding of market trends and data-driven decision-making
- Strong Customer Relationship Management and Communication skills for maintaining positive partner relationships
- Proficiency in Reporting and Performance Analysis, including tracking sales metrics and preparing reports
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Adaptability to dynamic work environments and ability to work independently
- Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or related industries is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
