Job Description

  • Ensure achievement of sales target by driving sales at the branch (Team Handling role)
  • Build, manage and promote relationship with Channel Partner in order to generate new customer leads
  • Manage and lead the DSTs at the branch
  • Interface with the customer and provide efficient service
  • Work towards building a credit worthy portfolio at the branch
  • Graduate / Postgraduate
  • Must have prior experience of 3 - 5 years in Home Loans or Loan Against Property
  • Must have good knowledge of the locale
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Should be able to understand the property valuation and legal and technical norms
  • Experience required minimum 2 year in Secured Business Loan
