Job Description

Position: Area Sales Manager OEM & Aftermarket

Industry: Automotive Components / Auto Parts Manufacturing

Job Summary: We are looking for an Area Sales Manager with strong exposure to OEM sales and aftermarket business in the automotive components industry. The role involves managing OEM customers, developing aftermarket channels, achieving sales targets, driving collections, and increasing brand presence in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow OEM sales with automotive manufacturers / Tier-1 / Tier-2 customers
  • Handle aftermarket sales through distributors and channel partners
  • Develop new OEM accounts and aftermarket customers
  • Achieve primary & secondary sales targets and ensure timely payment collections
  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance) for smooth order execution
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
  • Drive brand visibility through market visits, promotions, and customer engagement

Requirements:

  • Experience in automotive components / spare parts manufacturing
  • Exposure to OEM sales is mandatory; aftermarket experience preferred
  • Strong skills in channel management, key account handling, and negotiations
  • Willing to travel extensively within the territory
  • Good communication in Hindi, English, and local language
