Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Generate business through DSAs, builders, connectors, and self-sourcing.
  • Source new construction finance opportunities across residential and commercial projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers, builders, and intermediaries.
  • Achieve assigned targets for disbursements, fees, and revenue.
  • Manage and maintain existing client relationships for long-term business growth.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely disbursements as per construction milestones.
  • Track repayments and identify early warning signals to minimize NPAs.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and sanction terms.
  • Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with KYC and AML norms.

Qualification:

  • Handle high-value LAP (Loan Against Property) and commercial LAP portfolios.
  • Possess strong expertise in high-value real estate funding and structured deals.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of local builders and real estate developers within the assigned region.
  • Leverage and manage a strong network of DSAs (Direct Selling Agents) to drive business growth.
  • The candidate should have exposure to the overall Tamil Nadu market.
  • Candidate should have experience of 6-10 years in the field.
  • Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree (any field).
