Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. Key responsibilities include implementing sales strategies, managing a sales team to ensure performance, and analyzing market trends to provide insights for business decision-making. Collaboration with different stakeholders and ensuring client satisfaction will also be integral to this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Marketing skills, including understanding market trends and developing strategies
  • Proven ability in Business Development and Client Relationship Management
  • Experience in Team Management and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving skills for market and performance analysis
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic business environments and work under pressure
  • Knowledge of the steel and power industry is an advantage
