Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for an Area Sales Manager in Real Estate. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales activities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, devising sales strategies, mentoring sales teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role demands proactive engagement with clients, providing them with information about NoBroker's services, and ensuring a smooth and responsive sales process.

Qualifications

  • Sales Management, Field Sales, and Sales Strategies skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Proficiency with using sales software and CRM tools

Responsibilities

1. Build and manage a strong sales funnel for residential plot sales through various lead generation channels, including local partnerships, referrals, and on-ground networking

2. Own the entire sales cycle, from lead acquisition to site visits to final closure - ensuring high conversion rates and customer satisfaction

3. Identify and implement multiple lead generation strategies to build a consistent and high-quality sales pipeline

4. Conduct regular market mapping to identify growth opportunities, competitor activities, and market demand trends

5. Drive targeted campaigns and follow-ups to maximize qualified lead conversion

6. Collaborate with internal teams for smooth transaction processing, documentation, and post-sale support

7. Provide periodic sales reports and performance insights to management
