Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for an Area Sales Manager at Rawassa Foods, located in Bhopal. The Area Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales operations within the assigned region, manage distributor relationships, and expand market penetration. Responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, executing sales strategies, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves team management, coordinating marketing initiatives, and analyzing market trends to meet sales objectives.

Qualifications
  • Sales and Business Development: Proven experience in regional sales, client acquisition, and achieving sales targets.
  • Relationship Management: Strong skills in managing distributors, partnerships, and fostering client relationships.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy: Proficiency in market research, competitor analysis, and implementing data-driven strategies.
  • Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to manage and motivate teams effectively.
  • Operational Efficiency: Experience with planning, execution, and monitoring of strategies to achieve operational goals.
  • Time Management and Problem Solving: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and resolve issues.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is advantageous.
  • FMCG Experience: Prior experience in the FMCG industry, particularly in food products, will be a strong advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Competence in using CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
