Description

The Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth within a designated region by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and leading the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets within the assigned area.
• Manage relationships with key clients and partners to drive sales growth.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and assess competition.
• Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to maximize their performance.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with product offerings.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.
• Must be from Building Material Industry such as Steel, Cement & Paint
• Candidate must have sales experience in Telangana/A.P
• Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
