Job Description

  • Manage and develop key accounts in the consumer durables and consumer electronics segment.
  • Handle and support distributor networks, ensuring smooth operations and strong relationships.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor sell-out programs to drive retail performance.
  • Achieve assigned value, volume, and revenue targets across the territory.
  • Oversee and monitor in-shop demonstrators/promoters to ensure effective brand representation.
  • Manage the monthly reconciliation process for key accounts/distributors and obtain NDCs as required.
  • Drive sales and distribution of LED TVs within the designated territory.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to local sales teams.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Focus on General Trade (GT) and primary sales execution.
  • Remain open to frequent travel across assigned market areas.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 35 years in LED TV or related consumer electronics sales only.
  • Experience in LED, large appliances selling.
  • Strong distributor management and sales planning abilities.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets.
  • Comfortable with travelling to nearby stores for customer/client interaction
