Job description
1. Well versed with Excel data analysis. Good command in Email writing, and team handling.
2. Create Distribution Network (SS/Distributors) in the State/Region for launching new Brand on as per terms and conditions decided by management.
3. To create, establish and achieve Sales & Distribution objectives in terms of Coverage, P&L, Volume, and Visibility/Placement in assigned Region.
4. To create and maintain yearly forecast as well as monthly.
5. Appoint distributor, Stockiest, Retailers as well as Business development network, product launches, sales distribution, Motivating channel partners & maintain cordial relationship with customers.
6. To development the new area's as well as new states with strategic growth.
7. Responsible for the overall Volume / Value/Collection Target for assigned Region.
8.Recruiting, Training & Managing a team of ISR, Sales Officer, BA Supervisor, Area Sales Manager.
9. Splitting Objectives into Monthly/ Weekly/Daily basis and Review of each Team Member and helping them with the action plan to achieve desired objective.
10. Appointing Distributors as per requirement to ensure visibility and penetration in the market.
11. Ensure Primary, Secondary, and Collection & Placement Targets in assigned Territory.
11. Monitoring individual SO/ TSI performance on Daily/weekly basis and helping them achieve their target.
12. Keeping Close Relations with Distributors and Retailers.
13. Keeps management informed by timely submission of all MIS reports as per the company assigned.
14. Handling exhibition and events as per required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Graduate/MBA with 3+ years of State Sales supervision experience in Skin Care industries.
Prefer: Skin care background
Salary: 3.6:00 Lacs to 7.00 Lacs CTC
