Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Business Development Manager to join our team on-site in Hyderabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include developing strategic plans, conducting market research, crafting business proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires proactive outreach to potential clients and the ability to present and promote Prisha Illumination's lighting solutions effectively.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals
  • Understanding of market analysis, strategic planning, and competitive positioning
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including client presentation abilities
  • Knowledge or prior experience in the lighting industry, architecture, or interior design is a plus
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and ability to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
