Roles and Responsibilities

  • Take full responsibility for managing the Powder Coating business in Pune.
  • Supervise one officer for the Powder Coating business in Pune
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing and new accounts.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8-13 years of experience in industrial sales or related field (powder coating/industrial paints/industrial coatings).
  • Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech/B.E.).
  • MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory; relevant work experience can be considered.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business in a similar role.
