Roles and Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for managing the Powder Coating business in Delhi and Eastern UP
- Supervise one officer for the Powder Coating business in Eastern UP.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing and new accounts.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 8-13 years of experience in industrial sales or related field (powder coating/industrial paints/industrial coatings).
- Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech/B.E.).
- MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory; relevant work experience can be considered.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business in a similar role.
