Role Overview
Policybazaar is seeking an experienced and performance-driven Area / Territory Manager to lead and manage field sales operations in Malappuram. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in insurance sales, proven experience in leading field sales teams, and an in-depth understanding of the local market. The role requires a results-oriented professional with excellent leadership, coaching, and relationship management skills.

Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years of overall experience in insurance sales.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in leading and managing field sales teams.
- Mandatory proficiency in Malayalam (spoken).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of field sales executives to achieve business objectives.
- Drive team performance to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, training programs, and performance evaluations to enhance team productivity.
- Oversee field sales operations and ensure effective execution of organizational sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and implement corrective actions where required.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, operational guidelines, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and improve customer experience.
