Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  • Expand merchant network and drive acquisition in the assigned territory
  • Ensure brand visibility through BTL activities and marketing collateral
  • Lead and train a team of BDEs/RTLs to optimize performance and coverage
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, reporting insights to leadership

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct merchant meetings and resolve escalations efficiently
  • Ensure sales team hiring, onboarding, and performance coaching
  • Drive execution audits and review mechanisms for quality delivery
  • Motivate team through regular communication of targets and incentives
