About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive business expansion for pH Plex in Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for salon business development, distributor management, secondary sales growth, and market expansion within the professional salon industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and expand salon business in the assigned territory
• Appoint and manage distributors/super stockists
• Achieve primary and secondary sales targets
• Conduct regular salon visits and generate new business opportunities
• Coordinate product demos, training programs, and salon activations
• Build strong relationships with salon owners and key decision-makers
• Lead and guide the sales team for market execution
• Ensure timely collections and healthy market outstanding
• Submit daily reports, beat plans, and monthly business reviews
Requirements:
• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in salon professional / beauty / FMCG sales
• Strong understanding of the salon industry and distribution network
• Good communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to lead teams and drive market execution
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and growth-focused professional
