Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  • Expand and retain merchant network with high acquisition productivity
  • Ensure brand visibility and support BTL initiatives in assigned territory
  • Monitor and coach sales team on performance metrics and market execution
  • Drive payout closures and support frontline team engagement

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead field sales activities including merchant onboarding and escalations
  • Analyze competitive landscape and recommend improvements
  • Hire, train, and retain BDEs/TLs ensuring 100% team staffing
  • Regularly communicate incentives and track KPIs for sales force
