Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals and distributors, analyzing market and sales data to identify opportunities, training and mentoring sales teams, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets within the assigned territory. Collaboration with internal departments and maintaining compliance with company standards and industry regulations are also core responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Management and Business Development, with a focus on healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors
- Strong Communication, Leadership, and Team Management skills
- Proficiency in Market Analysis and developing and implementing Sales Strategies
- Relationship Management and Negotiation abilities to engage with healthcare professionals and distributors effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, especially in oncology, is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field preferred
- Ability to work effectively on-site and willingness to travel within the designated territory
