Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Drive the growth of distribution and market share within the assigned area.
  2. Ensure visibility and accountability through the deployment and sale of QR and Sound box products.
  3. Recruit and align a sales team to drive business in the market.
  4. Plan the market size, span, and geographies for TLs and FSE.

Job Requirements:

  1. Strong experience in sales and market development.
  2. Ability to plan and communicate sales targets to the team effectively.
  3. Proven track record in managing sales quality parameters.
  4. Capable of auditing and validating sales and acquisitions done by the team.
