Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Set and track sales targets for the team to ensure goals are met.
  • Review and manage the performance of the sales team.
  • Research and implement strategies to increase customer engagement.
  • Handle assigned territory in the Oil and Gas sector.

Job Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in retail sales within EDC, fintech, banking, or insurance.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned area.
  • Skilled in coaching and mentoring, with the ability to quickly apply new concepts.
