Role & Responsibilities
1. Role - Supervisory
2. Do regular on & average 5 sales calls / day for generating prospects / finalizing orders & ensure Hot orders 4 times & total orders 24 times of monthly target.
3. To implement the marketing / sales activities in the designated area, manage the overall sales activities of team members in his territory.
4.To achieve pre decided volume and value targets for the given quarter / financial year.
5. To provide inputs for manpower requirement in his unit, help recruitment, training processes along with monitoring individual performance of his team.
6. Implementation of all policies & send DCR on regular basis.
7. To responsible for Project & Channel sales as per the mutually agreed directives.
8. To monitor / control the expenditure in his unit in an optimal way.
9. To promote / register our brands in various Governments, corporate and getting our products specified which will help the PCPs & SCPs.
10. Plan and timely execute Branding , Promotional & Product display activities in the assigned territory.
11. To ensure proper, reliable market intelligence is gathered and assimilated and sent to the back office. & maintain the brand image of company in his unit.
12. To identify, develop, maintain / improve Key Account Relationships and assist team members for order closing
13. Accurate & Timely (within 1 working day on receipt of P.O. / Order confirmation) Order punching in the system by self & Team.
14. Expansion of channel network as per expansion plan, activation of dormant dealers and monthly billing to scavenger dealers.
15. To fill up the market gaps by making availability of products & generating pull of the products.
16. To do weekly self review and self corrections for improving productivity.
17. Timely collection & Submission of C/H/I forms , as applicable to accounts department.
