Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Palakkad. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and implementing sales strategies to drive growth. The role also includes preparing sales forecasts, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction while closely collaborating with the sales team to ensure overall business success.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in generating leads and converting them.
• Key account Management
• Sales Management, installation of products and impart clinical application training at site
• Coordinate after sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
• Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Relationship Management skills
• Proficiency in Monitoring Sales Metrics, Preparing Reports, and Creating Action Plans
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and prior experience in medical equipment sales is advantageous
• Ability to manage a team effectively and provide insightful feedback
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
• Bachelors Degree preferably in science
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and an understanding of the sales process
