Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations in their designated area, developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and ensuring sales targets are met. Additional tasks include building and maintaining relationships with dealers, identifying new business opportunities, conducting market analysis, and preparing sales reports.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Management and Team Leadership
- Strong skills in Strategic Planning and Sales Strategy Development
- Proficiency in Market Analysis and Business Development
- Excellent Communication and Relationship Management skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, MBA is a plus
- Experience in the industrial coatings or related industries is beneficial
- Willingness to travel within the designated area
